Technical Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for system-related issues and client concerns
- Troubleshoot IT-related problems involving software, hardware, and connectivity
- Monitor and maintain computer systems to ensure performance and uptime
- Educate clients on system use and benefits via presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions
- Implement tailored strategies to help clients maximize system usage and satisfaction
- Document issues, actions taken, and resolutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
Qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Willing to be assigned in Bulacan, Marikina, or Sultan Kudarat
QA Specialist (Quality Assurance)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of systems, software, and processes to ensure quality and functionality
- Identify bugs, inconsistencies, or usability issues and provide detailed reports
- Work closely with developers and support teams to resolve issues
- Create and execute test cases, plans, and scripts
- Assist in ensuring that final products meet client requirements and company standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Keen attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Experience in QA or software testing is a plus, but not required (open to fresh graduates)
- Willing to be assigned in Bulacan, Marikina, or Sultan Kudarat
Hardware & Network Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network issues
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and network security measures
- Support on-site and remote hardware-related issues
- Ensure all IT infrastructure is running efficiently
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Knowledge in LAN/WAN, routers, switches, cabling, and basic network security
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance
- Willing to be assigned to Bulacan, Marikina, or Sultan Kudarat
